Setting Out

Once a project has been designed and has obtained all necessary permissions, it will be ready to be set out on site.

Setting Out involves transferring the design on drawings to the ground on site. We can liase with the architect or consulting engineer and either set out based upon a pre determined coordinate system or to Ordnance Survey OSGB36(15) National Grid

We have experience in setting out the following

Setting out schedules are created in our cad software package from design drawings, checked for errors, and uploaded to our Leica Robotic Total Station or Leica GPS either in our office or on site.
