Retail unit Buchanan Street Glasgow
Hamilton Surveys Ltd were recently commissioned to provide surveying services to assist in the design of a new refit to a retail unit in Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow City Centre. Buchanan Galleries/Buchanan Street is one of the busiest shopping areas in the City.
External street levels, external cladding, internal walls, internal concrete columns, floor screed levels, service risers, door openings etc were surveyed within the retail unit shell over 2 floors. The resulting drawings provided the base layout from which all new works could be designed, configured and set out on site.
The Unit opened to the public in September 2018
